Jenny Duval, Owner
MA, LPC, ICAADC, CAMS-II
Early in her career, Jenny provided critical support to children removed from their homes, offering respite care, life skills, and parent support services. Her experience and dedication led to her hiring as a bilingual intensive case manager at the Lehigh Valley Drug and Alcohol Intake Unit, where she helped individuals with a language barrier access treatment and connect with crucial community resources. Jenny developed a passion for working with legally mandated individuals suffering from substance use disorders earned her a leadership role as the coordinator of the Northampton County Treatment Continuum Alternative to Prison Program (TCAP), a program aimed at providing treatment alternatives to incarceration.
Driven by personal reasons and a passion for addiction services, Jenny returned to school and shifted her focus to substance use treatment. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, a master’s degree in counseling, and is a certified ICAADC (Internationally Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor) and LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor). During her studies, she completed her internship and clinical hours with an outpatient treatment provider, working as an addictions counselor, running group sessions, and conducting individual therapy for clients in recovery.
As CEO, Jenny leads with a vision of improving access to care and supporting recovery for all individuals. Her leadership ensures that the Intake Unit continues to be a trusted resource for those in need of comprehensive, compassionate support on their recovery journey.
